MICK MCMAHON
Head Coach
Mick is a third dan black belt and has been the clubs head coach for over 20 years and in his time has produced a number of national champions as well as a number of Australian Representatives. Mick has also written several school programs for judo in Australia which has been accepted as a National School Curriculum. His understanding of young people, club spirit and success has moulded the club culture into a welcoming and driven environment dedicated to the moral code:

Assitant Coach
Brock is a DJC product and holds a first dan black belt, he has been with the club for almost two decades now and was the National champion in 2003. Brock's contribution to the club is second to none and the club wouldn't be where it is without his help.
BROCK HALL

Stephen Hall
Level 1 Coach
'Steve' is a DJC product and holds a brown belt. He has been with the club for 6 years and has had training in self-defence and judo.
Steve's heart warming character and attention to detail has been a great inspiration to our young judoku (students).
Elefterios Lefteris Spyropoulos
Assitant Coach
'Lefty' as he is affectionately known is the 2023 Australian, under 81kg gold medallist and Australian champion and holds a brown belt. He has been with the club for 7 years.
Lefty's contribution to the club and with our juniors and our national training team has been inspirational and passionate. Lefty is a military veteran with a rich life experience.
